How a hand runs

  • Everyone gets two cards face down. Two blinds go in automatically, so there is always something to play for.
  • Four betting rounds: team talk, the flop (three cards), the turn and the river.
  • You use any five of your seven cards - your two plus the five on the table.
  • Last one standing, or the best hand at showdown, takes the pot.
